With our expertise in CAD/CAM, we can design, quote and produce parts based on your data. We also have in-house 3D scanning equipment that allows us to reverse-engineer any existing part, tool or mold.

All tooling necessary for production is carefully calibrated using our coordinate measuring device to ensure strict quality control.

Our foam production equipment and in-house mold production allow us to produce custom parts for either prototypes or production with very quick turnaround times of typically just a few days and with superior quality assurance to deliver finished parts that perform exactly as intended.

Whether you need a one-off part or a large production run, we will engineer a cost- effective production solution based on part geometry, tolerances and mold life cycles. We can work with virtually any material used for polyurethane molding, including steel, aluminum, fiberglass, cast epoxy and cast silicone, and our CNC machines ensure dimensional accuracy.
